If Mueller can meet the burden of proof  needed to get that subpoena good chance he will get it despite Trump's expected attempt to invoke executive privilege. Mike Flynn and Sally Yates might make getting that subpoena a bit easier. BTW it's not a question of being made public. It's a question of turning them over to Mueller. This is all a moot point if as was the case with Nixon. Trump starts feeling the heat and fires Mueller as part of a last ditch effort to get the law off his back. This is going to be good because the GOP may in the end have to decide if keeping Trump  in the WH is worth running the risk of losing it's political majority for about the next 20 years.</p></blockquote><p></p>
