How long have you been there? You're not going to get fired for that, Especially during peak. However, if you were hired on as a seasonal, and you don't get scheduled to work for 30 days, they're going to let you go no matter how awesome of a worker you are. UPS is REALLY :censored:ED UP. This place doesn't run on logic, or common sense. Any seasonal employee that doesn't exceed 30 days, is guaranteed to be laid off. It doesn't matter how hard of a worker you are. At the end of peak, they have to let people go because of overstaffing, and if you didn't make 30 days, that means you... Seasonal employees only get carried over for one reason: they exceed 30 days, and make the union. They have no choice but to keep you on at that point. Everyone else get's let go. If you REALLY want to work there, you can get a permanent position after waiting a few months. You'll have to reapply around march/april. That's when the people who go carried over usually have all quit, and they need more people (preload has like an 85% turn over rate in my hub.) If you're flagged, talk to somebody in HR, and they will get you unflagged.
