I'm currently a part time air driver deliever EAM in the morning, I have the highest seniority in the am shift. Occasionally our pm shift will be short handed and need help on the sort. I have been told I can't perform extra work because I'm only an air driver. I was under the impression extra work went by seniority. Any advice or info would be appreciated

I believe ( depending on when the shift ends) it would rule you out because of the 10 HR rule?

I could be wrong though.

Our shuttle work sometimes to the drivers. Let the center managers know you are available to work.

It sounds like you work out of the airport delivering EAM's. No you can't bump into the Hub because you would be working outside of your job classification and location. Only if the Hub has exhausted all other means before working sups would you be considered.
