Can I file for a grievance?

Ever since peak season ended at my hub they’ve been sending people home left and right most with way less seniority than me. I’m not even given the option if I want to leave. Also I’m not sure who I would file the grievance against I’m pretty sure it’s the full time sup that’s sending people home

How you stated it is usually how it works. How I said it is how it's supposed to be.

It's not the same everywhere. Some supplements have different language for things like this.

That's because it benefits the company. There why they do it in that day. Pay a top rate guy to work or a guy at the bottom on the pay scale to work.

Atlanta must have come up with that phrase and shared it on a conference call because I suddenly heard it from two different supes on the same day.

Not sure what the "exact wording is". But for extra work asking from the top and forcing from the bottom is correct. That doesn't apply for a regular work day.

I know but sometimes I would just like to leave lol I haven’t had a day off in a awhile and don’t feel like using my optional days yet
