Cant access TMS to submit intent letter. Help?

Hi, I followed the links to submit my intent letter to be a part-time sup, but when I click on the TMS link to do so, it sends me to what seems to be a dead link. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

They do their maintenance updates over the weekend so try it tomorrow or at UPS on a UPS PC.

You have to log in a ups network. Can only be done on a computer at your buildin. Good luck
