I know of several yards that have 10 -20 or more junk cars just rusting away in the yard. The houses are run down and I'm guessing the people don't have a pot to piss in. At the height of the scrap metal boom the scrap yards would pay $300 for a junk car. Why these hoarders didn't cash in on it I don't know. I know one guy who has probably 75 - 100 old cars (Model A's up through the 50's just rusting away in his yard). People have tried to buy stuff off him but he refuses to sell anything.
