Why in the world was this guy wandering around on a dirt track under a green flag trying to confront Tony for an on-track incident? I have to think that Tony had no idea that Ward was on the track and didn't see him until it was too late. I find it hard to believe that Tony will be behind the wheel today at Watkin's Glen.</p><p></p><p>I would hope that, if Tony is cleared of any wrongdoing, that he decides that racing at these local dirt tracks is simply not worth it anymore.
