Center Seniority Question

I started driving last June, drove through peak, and have been driving off and on since peak. The question that I have does someone who gave up driving before I started driving outrank me if he wants to start driving again? He stopped driving b/c they laid him off. Since I have been driving a good bit he wants to start driving again. Does his center seniority give him that right?

You said "gave up driving" then said he was laid off. which is it?

Either way seniority rules. unless he/she was DQ'd from driving, it's all about seniority.
