Company is not paying 9.5 even after panel decisions? Still got 3/4 of center filing 9.5 every week. What else can we do?
Center with 80 drivers misses 1300 pieces.

This. I get my 9.5 grievance checks like clockwork 2 or 3 weeks after filing. 177

At this point the company will continue to disregard the 9.5 language and pay out the grievances before the end of the year. We had ones that were from April the company decided to put off, let them pile up, then in Nov-Dec begged the union to settle before 2017.
I think the final payout was over 200k for two centers.
Then, at the start of 2017, they were all about not violating 9.5, until around April. Once again, the cycle has repeated itself.
