Ultimately I believe the issue still is whether you personally were denied meals that you wanted. If not then you have the opportunity to opt out and help your community in doing so. You also have the opportunity to tell your community that you think the class action system in place stinks and that californias ant-business climate sucks. Or you can take your money and use it to pay for your over priced gas and over priced goods confident you will somehow end up ahead in the long run. My guess you all take the money because greed always wins in the end. </blockquote>
