Just drink water instead of energy drinks and you’ll be just fine. Plenty of water. I will say, whatever makes up the contrails of airplanes isn’t helping anything. Have you ever seen what comes out of an airplane at high altitude? It starts as a skinny strip, and spreads untill it basically turns a beautiful sunny day into a hazy, cloudy day. Almost like that haze could trap some heat?</p></blockquote><p></p>
