Climbing on boxlines?

Haha when i first started I saw people doing this I thought the same thing. My sup walked by and I asked him directly if I could get into trouble for doing it.

While in a facility recently I noticed many Preloaders climbing on a moving Boxline. Why is this unsafe act allowed?
