Construction moves along at UPS regional hub coming to Bayonne - NJ Biz
Construction on UPS’s last-mile warehouse and distribution center at the former site of the Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne began with a literal bang last summer, as Lincoln Equities Group imploded the last two remaining buildings at the property to make way for the anchor tenant’s 886,256-square-foot hub.And according to the developer behind Lincoln Logistics Bayonne, that work is moving along as planned, with delivery anticipated for the fourth quarter of this year.
“It’s exciting to see our vision for Lincoln Logistics Bayonne coming to life,” said Lincoln Equities Group President Joel Bergstein in a statement. “This property represents one of the last remaining industrial redevelopment opportunities of scale in the port market, and we have designed two facilities that set the highest standard for modern portside logistics worldwide.”
