There are more important issues that should be addressed rather than a union beating their chest in this type of circus atmosphere. Human rights and labor rights are divergent....a far cry from the efforts of Samuel Golfers in his book titled What Unions Do. on the retire Today he would be disappointed in the Teamsters not working for a C.O.L.A for UPS retirements including past, current and future employees, better health care insurance for employees that continue on as secondary insurance after UPSERS retire, a defined definition of terms section for language, protection from management from A.I., inside facility enhancement of working conditions, realistic production standards divergent from programming, stronger language on maintenance of standard, excessive overtime, expeditated grievance procedures , no "special subcontracting of issues offered by local unions and submitted by U.P.S, clothing allowance, 1/2 paid lunch breaks after 9 hour work days, 55 hour max work weeks up to and including the holiday peak time, no working on contracted days off, following bid sheets data ...the list goes on. The Teamsters is not the union of the past but now has become by these practice strikes...a union of folly. Noting can be politically right if it is morally wrong....
