When this type of nonsense is brought to others attention, we get rid of the bad UPS mgrs and Teamster officials that tarnish both names. A really long time ago we had a driver(actually steward at the time) that had a manager threaten him. The driver had the whole conversation on tape and it wasnt very pretty. The driver worked up the ranks in the union and then ran for local 804 president. When our local went international, he then ran for that presidency and won that also.
