Note: There is no open door policy with UPS when you have this form of behavior with management that continues, despite in receiving a letter from the Colorado House of Representatives bringing out issues of discrimination, harassment and bigotry in the workplace.<img src="/community/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/group1/ohmy.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":ohmy:" title="Ohmy :ohmy:" data-shortname=":ohmy:" /> And in the letter it is mentioned that this matter has been an ongoing issue brought-out in the media. What I see hear is a company who does not even respond to these allegations from State Representatives who states there can be: “recriminations that can occur relating to civil rights violations in the workplace”.
