Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 6108350" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Our prisons are dangerous places full of drugs, violence, and rape.  If it can be demonstrated that the prison in question is much safer, and is clean, and our most violent criminals can be housed there for much less money, would you consider it?  Highly likely that Trump was just tweaking noses bringing this up.  El Salvador went from the highest murder rate in the world to even lower than the U.S. with this facility.  Whether we even consider this or not, I think a similar facility in the U.S. housing the worst of the worst using corrections techniques developed by El Salvador would be a great idea.</p></blockquote><p></p>
