I am a PT Preloader who is also an RTD, management has been sending 22.4 drivers from other centers to cover routes while drivers are on vacation and/or call out and not using their own RTD’s from their center because of DOT hours. They could still use us for up to 9 more hours. Is there any way I can file on this?
