I don't request help but I do send a message saying "I will be over 9.5"

Then I have it printed out before leaving and on Friday I have my WOR printed showing my hours for every day. I make copies of both and file the grievance with them attached for my BA.

Less work for my BA to do and plenty of evidence of the company ignoring my request for reduction in over time.

Our cases are low, I think we are below 200 "confirmed" cases so far. I will go up soon though.
