You said doctors are required to report whatever their patients tell them. I proved that to be incorrect. Bringing up the "required reporting" and "encouraged (recommended, whatever because It's not important)  reporting"  lists was simply extra information that wasn't necessary to refute your assertion. The fact that I used "highly encouraged" and "recommended" interchangeably is extraneous, and they mean the same thing within context, simply a difference of degree by adding "highly". You found the only inconsistency in what I wrote, as weak an inconsistency as it was, to deflect from the fact that you are wrong.</p></blockquote><p></p>
