If a symptom is not on either list, the doctor is not required, or highly encouraged, to report it. And the list of all possible symptoms is likely to be much higher than the number of symptoms on both lists. I felt that went without saying, and made the distinctions between the two lists unimportant, which is why I didn't understand why you took issue with me using different terms to refer to the second list.
