Tried going straight to a warning write up for me and 5-6 other drivers. Our steward stepped in and told me it would be thrown out. Our center manager said it wasn't him but it was coming from above him....someone higher in the district but i am 9.5 and file every week....i ask other guys if they use it and they say no but aren't being targeted.
