If one driver works harder than another, they are not rewarded with more pay since the contract dictates payrate, not individual performance.  Typically, within management of any company, performance at an individuals job dictates what that employee will earn and will determine promotion opportunities.  Do politics exist and is their favoritism?  For sure - it exists in every organization but at least an individuals performance can be measured and used as a gauge to determine if goals were met, not met or exceeded.</p></blockquote><p></p>
