Cut A Route Throw ORION Out?

What's the deal with ORION? Four days a week it's perfect and actually amazing. The fifth day they cut routes and it's like some one intentionally made a mess of it. Who controls that and why is that allowed to happen? Being a cover driver I depend on the help of the layout and find it frustrating when it makes zero sense.

When a route has good EDD, and the daily plan is good, ORION may work.

When they start throwing add/cuts into the plan, everything goes to hell.

Depends on how motivated your management is. It takes a lot of work to fix bad plans.
