Dedicated Run

There is a job in Kutztown, PA for a dedicated driver. It's been posted a few times over the last year. It says you can be out for 1-5 days. I was curious as to how the pay works for this job and if you can eventually transfer to a local day job or run linehaul. The main concern would be pay though.

That would be the truckload division which is not part of LTL, there not union and you can't transfer between truckload and ltl.
