A UPS delivery driver was showered with praise for his customer service after a video of him recording a message for a customer on his doorbell went viral on TikTok

A delivery driver has been branded the "sweetest ever" after a video message he shared with a homeowner while delivering his parcels went viral.

Ben Kenney has been working as a UPS driver for a month and decided to go above and beyond for his customers while working this Christmas.

He posted one of the videos on TikTok after the homeowner shared the video and it got back to him.
