I was for 2 days (call it training)....
Update : My Safeway turned me down today, but corperate told me to try another location (it's up to the Manager and their policies).
I'm a bit shocked, since I'm a frequent and loyal customer there.
Oh well, might be the fact that they have other food establishments in the same mall area, and it's prohibited.

Oh, and just bought my hotdog cart 1 hr ago.... I pick it up on Tuesday
,but needs a health inspection first, and I bet I will need to upgrade it up to new standards.
i.E : They require double sinks now, this 1 just has a single one
I'll get it done before Canada Day.... hopefully much sooner
Got the best contract with a meat processing plant for dogs and smokies, too. Awesome buy ! Even got a free $100 sample kit of all their products
