DIAD 5 Troubles

I am new driver, with a manager with little patience to help me learn the DIAD 5. Can someone please give me a brief rundown, a tutorial, a video, just anything that will help me to learn this tool and learn it fast?

Grab your steward and go to your center manager and ask him to train you, they say they can do our job, let them prove it to you.

It's really more of a learn as you go process. And ask your fellow drivers. most will be more than happy to help you. I've had a few people who have me on speed dial if they need help throughout the day.

The first day we launched the 5 it crashed while I was doing my NDA bulk stop. Thank god it rebooted with the 45 NDAs still scanned and went right back to where I left off.

I disagree. I was the first kid on my block with a confirmed kill after abour a week of using them. These things are as fragile as eggs compared to the DIAD 3's and 4's.
