Difference between 22.2 jobs and 22.3 jobs?

22.2 are full time single classification jobs. While 22.3 are full time combo jobs. Pay rates are different for the two also.

So would 22.2 be shifter/shifter, and 22.3 would be shifter/smallsort? 22.2 makes more correct?

Pay rate for 22.2 is covered in master under section 41.2(c) pay rate for 22.3 is under section 41.3. My understanding is that 22.2 are paid at the top rate for a part time unskilled which as of now is $32.10 . while 22.3 are paid at $27 something . They can be just about anything for most 22.3 they are usually one" hard" one "easy". 22.2 are the full time inside jobs created before the 97 strike while 22.3 are the ones created afterwards .
