You could potentially get reprimanded for doing this if the stop was accessible?
Management is allowed to be dishonest just not us.
Falsification is the cornerstone of our organization.
Very simple. Tell them that's falsifying records and you will either deliver or sheet as missed.
You do not have to work as directed in an instance such as this.
I would also document the date, time and who sent the message instructing you to be dishonest.
Send that to your BA. Personally, I'd rather have him aware before I went cowboy on it. I always hated the dishonest treatment of customers, but it's not your ass if it's documented, plus it's also harassment to be forced to work against your own integrity.
It really didn't affect me because I had no misroutes. I was just curious.
I am sorry but that is straight up bull......Report it to someone. Hahahaha take a picture document it and carry on. Dishonest is how UPS works..
That's even better.....so the message wasn't sent to just you? It was sent to every pkg car driver?
Nothing like dishonesty en masse.
I recently brought the dishonesty issue up with my center manager.
He told me that, if I felt uncortable about it to say so and sheet as missed.
The falsifications are on record in our name, not theirs.
They push it all on to us.
Yeah it was a blanket message
Max discipline for one time falsifying records = termination
Max discipline for one time failure to work as instructed = warning letter
I know what I'd like to go to the mat with.
Can somebody clue me in on this "Message Alert" that was texted to this man, I'm lost. Sheet his misroutes as emergency conditions. In other words, sheet the stops as emergency conditions because you missed the stops.
Must be a blizzard?
No about 1 1/2 inches lol
did you ask them about this when you got back to the hub?
Do you even deliver?!
If you don't know i dont think we should tell you
Separate names with a comma.
