[QUOTE="El Correcto, post: 6026108, member: 60631"] So much talk of was he a “professional” or not. The overwhelming majority of hit men are just gang bangers or people connected to gang bangers that kill people for less than glamorous amounts of money. Think maybe a month or two worth of gross earnings at UPS on the high end. They are usually sloppy, they are usually getting away with it because of intimidation of testifying against gang bangers who murder people. They are not some ultra top secret hitters that smoke ultra influential people for glamorous amounts of money. They are basically crash dummies that have been institutionalized most their lives anyways so life sentences don’t seem like that big of a deal over relatively small sums for the risk they are taking. How you would go about placing a legitimate hit on someone that doesn’t turn into sting operation with police arresting you is being connected to the streets. To gang bangers or some criminal organization. You pay them a large amount of money and they pay one of their little crash dummies to go murder the guy. Outside of that you have the one’s that are connected to political figures and it is state sponsored assassinations. These people are still pretty sloppy, it’s just it doesn’t matter because the people who will send you to jail have your back and people who witness it will be disappeared if they cause problems.
