I was hired in November as a preloader,I work hard and I would love to be hired on permanently, should I ask to be hired permanently.how does this work?
Do I need to ask to be hired for a permanent position ?

You might need to tell them you are interested as I have heard the part-time supervisors that they are being asked on who they would like to keep on. Also, keep in mind that if your building has a MRA you will be going down to $15ish on January 15th and if your building is anything like mine you will get way more work and way less time to do it. All the preloaders are starting a couple of hours earlier than they normally would and have less pieces and there is way more help around then usual.
