Do Ups Package Drivers really make $70k yearly? I was browsing on google and came across this tidbit. Is this correct.?

I made 84 k last year with bonus and overtime. I pay nothing for insurance for my family and the company pays over $400 a week to the Teamsters to fund my pension.

Don't ask me how much vacation I get a year.

Yes I took many days off last year and made 73k. This year I'm shooting for over 80k. Come do our job though then tell us we make too much!!!!

$70K is about the average for a driver who gets little to no overtime.

At the very least.
At the end of this Febuary I have earned over $16,500.
Easily, I will make $90k this year.
Also, I gained my 7th week of vacation.
So, adding 7 weeks plus 5 paid holidays and one option day, I get paid for working only ten months out of the year.
Plus totally free health insurance.
To earn all this, all one has to do is trade precious time away from the ones they love and the things they would like to do.

Two years ago = $70k. Got bumped to a different route last year and made $78k. An $8k raise that I didn't want.

98 k last year. on pace to make 104K this year. I average 55 hrs a week. Damn, I should be rich. Where does it all go?
