The impact to the destruction can only be lessened by voting, our Republic has been dead for awhile, just waiting for the coroner to sign off.

You do realize you're quoting the Declaration of Independence, and not the Constitution? Government officials, including the military and law enforcement, take an oath to uphold the Constitution, and protect it against all enemies, foreign and domestic. If you rebel against our government better hope the military sees it as the government is in violation of the Constitution and not you. As they are sworn to protect it they may see you as a threat and put down your rebellion. The preamble to the Constitution gives the people the right to alter or abolish the government and replace it. Which they were doing replacing the Articles of Confederation. It doesn't give you an explicit right to overthrow it.
