My neighbor let his Rottweiler run loose a lot. I'm debating between a mercury injected T-Bone or a Taylormade 3wood to determine her ending.

Much as I love dogs, a 60º lob wedge is a better tool.

Good weight, lots of loft and low bounce.

    Call the police. Ordinance violation.

Or, feed it. Get it huge on tons of cheap pasta and all leftovers in the house.

Dogs have two lungs. Make one not work.

Unless the 82-year old woman was a mail carrier, what the hell does your link have to do with the Ops thread?

We are discussing how "Medical expenses and workers' compensation cost the Postal Service millions of dollars each year." from dog bites.

    I could outrun that dog.

    Even with my walker.

They should make a 'driver release - dog' option

    what's your suggestion?

    are you a mail carrier?

gman042 Been around the block a few times

Made a delivery to a house that I knew had a dog. Typically they keep it inside. What I was not prepared for was the pit bull rushing up from behind me from the neighbor's house. First time I had even seen that dog.
It would not let me back off the porch at the house I was delivering to. Luckily the home owner was home and ran the pitty off his porch.
Dog attacks can happen in the blink of an eye. I love dogs but not so much the irresponsible owners. They must take responsibility for the safety of their pets and the safety of the public. Particularly, that delivery person that they invited onto their property when the order something.

Personally I carry a knife but that may not work for everyone. No, I'm not a mail carrier but have had multiple run-ins with dogs.

    Hope this helps.

If a dog is charging me, damn right I will but apparently people delivering are not smart enough to drop what's in their hands to protect themselves.

Screw the panel. If no other options are available, you're suppose to just allow the dog to attack?

    Makes sense to me.
