Um, no. That’s the talking point of the right but the fact is this bill has a lot of good hard assets in it for the country at the end of the day, Remember there were two big bills in Congres..this one and the other “Social Program” bill. Now the other bill, the one that the AOCs of the country want passed is the one that is chock full of socialism spending. This is why the hard line far lefties didn’t want to allow this infrastructure bill to pass without getting their wish list bill passed at the same time, in fact AOC herself voted against this infrastructure bill in a childish tantrum became she’s not getting her Marxism thru Congress. Awwww, sorry Alexandria! 😢 So to be clear, AOC the Marxist voted against it, my Congressman a staunch Conservative and Republican voted for it even though it’s a bill pushed by the Democratic sitting President. We all need to not immediately “knee jerk” react just because the bill came from “the other side”. Seeing this bill pass gives me a small glimmer of hope that we can close this huge political gap between right and left, as I believe it’s the single worst issue we face as a nation. Our real enemies in the world (looking at you North Korea, China, Iran, ISIS, Taliban) love watching us tear each other up over politics. Sadly for AOC and the Maxists, and fortunately IMO for our country, even some Democrats realized that we need infrastructures more than we need the Green New Deal Of Free Handouts. Keep in mind even the previous administration wanted to spend big on hard asset infrastructure. Lot of it is way overdue... UPS Drivers should recognize this. Here’s a good summation, the author is a former staff member of FL Gov. DeSantis staff and spokesperson for the GOP in my state...yes it’s focusing on just my state but do a little digging you can find yours.
