I often drop my helper off while I drive down the block to do a stop. Plenty of time to steal.

no matter what the route is,you are not supposed to be putting packages in mailboxes.

Stick it in a DR bag, and tie it to the mail box or place it next to.

Better yet.... walk it off.

USPS is putting UPS packages in the mailbox all day long. Not much of a difference anymore.

They can do it, because technically the mail box is property of the post office.

I used to have quite a few homes with second mailboxes for UPS and FedEx to use. I would never open a mailbox... someone gets that on video and you are screwed.

I've driven probably 30 different rural routes. Not once have I left a package in a mailbox.

Last year we had helpers bussed in from a couple hours away...if they found out someone wasn’t home they would call their homies and they’d break into the house
