Driver input For Helper? On Topic

I have an acquaintance who is a Driver Helper.
Was asked if I could find out if Driver input would carry any weight to get called back after Peak?
Hopefully me telling the Individual to bust their butt helps !

Busting your butt and a recommendation from your driver will help but whether you are kept on after Peak will depend upon the center's staffing needs.

Show up,at the meet point on time! Be prepared to work.

Show up everyday. Do not call in AT ALL, ESPECIALLY THE WEEK BEFORE OR AFTER CHRISTMAS.
That is all you can do. I've already fired 3 helpers this year, 2 in one day infact!

talk to hr and your center manager, i have gotten some good ones hired, be so persistent that your annoying
