Id like to know what exactly we don't have the right to crack down on?
Well, in my center specifically is all I can speak of, but things like starting disciplinary hearings over one misload despite 100% scans (remind me how that's possible?) and then trying to advance that same misload twice in the process from informal to a formal hearing with a steward.
Or insisting that the belts be worn and barcodes absolutely not be scanned, despite the relative difference in efficiency between the two and the end result being absolutely identical, if not more accurate when you scan barcodes.
Or sending people home and then taking over a pull, saying they're understaffed.
Or saying if you have less than 100% scans and even one misload, you get progressed forward one step in the disciplinary procedure.
Or denying PT workers a break despite an over-5 hour shift.
Or refusing to send someone to cover while another someone's about to piss their pants, causing them to either work in discomfort or go to the bathroom, miss hella packages and get yelled at for abandoning their pull when they come back.
Or...
Wait, do you really want me to keep going? Because I most certainly can, I just kind of feel like the point's been made.
