That's a place you could put a driver to see if he works well and then he could get his degree to move up. It really is such a low level spot I also don't see it as something that should be blocked from drivers with 10< years left. At that point valuable experience would be an asset to a management team. Sort of an E9 spot or even a first shirt type position.</blockquote>
