Duluth Police investigating after UPS shipping center ‘ransacked’- Boreal

Duluth Police are investigating after they say someone broke into and ransacked the UPS shipping center.

Police were called to the building on the 100 block of Port Terminal Drive, near Garfield Avenue, around 5:40 p.m. Sunday.

They say multiple items were “ransacked,” but they couldn’t give details on exactly how much damage was done or if any items were stolen.

I suck at math anymore, so if I’m wrong someone please correct me, but as I’m reading this, it’s saying that 38.8% of people on welfare are Black. So if that’s true and Blacks make up 13% of the population of Americans, wouldn’t that mean that more Blacks are on welfare, as a percentage of their population, than Whites?

That is the way I took it also. A significantly higher percentage
