I just have a quick question, if anyone knows. When the new contract hits, if we get a PT wage increase, will that be for all PT employees who make less than the new wage or will it only be for the new PT hires?

Like @burrheadd said you just don't know! I think on the last contract some pt timers got screwed on that - but I don't know for sure!
