I have used EDCOR in the past, been at UPS over 3 years now. However, it is now saying on the UPS EDCOR website that my username was deactivated for ineligibility.

I switched over to Revenue Recovery during peak season since I was a sorter and the building automated us sorters & pickers out of existence. Is it possible that the switch to Revenue, since it's a different system, is affecting my eligibility?

Potentially. There should be a number on the edcor site. Get in contact with your hr person. If it matters to you then push the issue and keep following up.
