The turn over of drivers in the north center last year was none existent. At the south centre it was still fairly high, but with the pool of prospects pretty much dried up due to the economy in this area and the expansion of upgrader jobs and so forth, theres no one really looking for work. The reason driver are still out at 8, 9, 10 and 11 at night is due to the volume and the shortage of staff. But then again, if you could have stayed out of the bars and stayed employed, you could have seen this first hand and not been subjected to what you hear second hand.</blockquote>
