Educational Transfer - Success?

Hey all, I'm in the process of completing and turning in the transfer request for part time educational transfer. I'm an hourly employee. My question is how long does this usually take and does the company usually go through with these transfers? I'm a good employee (no write ups on my record) been with UPS for 2 years. Just wondering. Thanks

It usually takes about 4-6 weeks, per an HR rep I spoke with.
