Biofuels dont have to be made from corn; they can be made from hemp seed, algae, wood waste, or other forms of biomass. Diesel can also be refined from coal, which we have in abundance.</p><p></p><p>The technology currently exists for cars that could get 80+MPG on 100% renewable fuels.
