Hasn’t been an issue as lower drivers are hungry to work. That is some jacked-up language.
All of that "area knowledge" crap.... can come into play.

Plus Runner-Gunners need to work. They lose plenty of cash not getting OT.Women are given priority, then the problem drivers are next option, then back room deals are given next thought, then if all the above fail, it goes by seniority. Asking from top down and force from bottom up. Runners are not given days off due to productivity needs.
Same here..the new guys work one or two days a weekYeah my center loves to do that....in reverse. Literally every new guy under the age of 35 gets sent home while the veterans are kept on.
In our center if you say no, they say you won’t get asked again until everyone else has a chance. So the low guys always say yes and the top guy that says no doesn’t get a chance for another month or soGoes by seniority in our center, I get asked if I want a day about every 3 weeks.
Kinda the same here but you have to have a route to be asked. But if you say yes or no you won’t be asked again til it goes thru entire list.In our center if you say no, they say you won’t get asked again until everyone else has a chance. What pays more, bonus or working at a normal pace and taking the overtime? They make plenty in bonus centers until they’re crippled
Our bonus is paid at overtime rate but I’m not sure why we still have it because nobody runs under anymore, most are now atleast hour overWhat pays more, bonus or working at a normal pace and taking the overtime?
Or Laundry RoomsI just don't understand where the women would work here. There aren't any kitchens at my hub.
Or vacuums.Or Laundry Rooms
^^^This.
Why the hell would anyone get up, brown up, drive to work, and then go home?
I wish I would have known that when I was the bottom guy picking vacations. The way it's handled here "seniority gives you the right to work. Not the right not to work."
Pays the same but the former has you drinking beer at home for an hour. What pays more, bonus or working at a normal pace and taking the overtime?
Or any sammich making supplies.Or vacuums.
