Exxon Mobil....Was There Ever Any Doubt?

Exxon Mobil just announced their latest yearly numbers.....They made 56.2 Billion dollars and that's even after factoring in a one time only charge against earnings of 3.1 billion. They made 6.3 million dollars AN HOUR. The 56.2 billion is Exxon Mobil's previous most profitable year of 45 billion which they made and get a load of this... 2008. And that 56.3 billion dollar figure surpasses all Western oil companies previous record profits.

Oh, and here's the good part. In order to hit this incredible number....they only had to increase production by a mere 100,000 bpd.

Opening up federal lands? What difference is that going to make? Discover more oil? Big Oil has discovered something even better.....

THE LESS YOU DO.....THE MONEY YOU MAKE!

You keep forgetting about all the wildcatter oil companies who need access to Federal land. And it's their production that'll put enough oil on the market to drive prices down.

And what percentage of those "wildcatters" are in reality third party contract drillers operating under contract to larger oil companies?

You tell me? They can't survive if they aren't drilling.
They also can't survive on $40 dollar oil. The two biggest players (Devon and Pioneer) were almost driven out of existence with the shale industry in the late teens and pandemic years. Since the $100 oil these wildcatters are now finding value in exploration. High risk, high reward.

It wasn’t a surprise 2 years ago. This is what Biden’s policies told us. The media told you something different but his policy were always gonna do this.

Say, then what?

You hate profit and oil. Fair enough.

Amazon owns everything and will even put us out of business.

Tesla will rule auto mfg....

Tesla will just become Exxon....

Amazon will just become Exxon.....

Oil prices and electricity rates are skyrocketing because of far left policies.....that's YOU!

You did this. You voted for it. Begged for it. Stole elections for it. The misery you are carping about.......is what you want.

$8 eggs? Thank a Democrat. YOU! $7 gas?

What is it like to be in a circular firing squad? Leave us out of it.

BTW, wind and solar power? Proven to destroy the planet(it's the mining man)......now what? Nuclear....well we know what liberals think of that....now what?

I doubt that it would have any noticeable impact. I doubt people care about crude oil prices except in the cost of various fuels. High fuel prices have more to do with maxed out refining capacity.

Tesla and Amazon don't receive direct government subsidies as Exxon does.

Why do we have limited refining capacity?

Why does it take 20 years to build a nuke plant? If ever?

Why are we destroying hydro electric dams? Trying to ?

Why do liberals rail against wind farms in their backyard?

Hint: these problems are all caused by liberal Democrats...

Whatever. There’s no reason conservatives couldn’t build them in there back yards. Could have cornered the market on it.

Or are you saying conservatives don’t really want that either? They’d prefer to bitch and blame and when in power ignore everything the bitches and blamed about?

Yeah. That sounds about what we get from conservatives.

So, back to the questions:
Why do we have limited refining capacity?

Why does it take 20 years to build a nuke plant? If ever?

Why are we destroying hydro electric dams? Trying to ?

Why do liberals rail against wind farms in their backyard?

Hint: these problems are all caused by liberal Democrats...
And you couldn't be more obtuse about "conservatives" being able to willy nilly build stuff. This is intellectually dishonest at best. You know better. I hope.

You do realize there is a whole shadow govt. operating? EPA et all.

The Hillary/Russia/FBI/Democrat conspiracy illustrates quite well.

You realize the EPA etc is run by far left liberal loons....right?

And are limited on where they can explore.

Where do you think the wind farms are being built?

Our refining capacity was maxed out under Trump but we had lower fuel prices. Why is that?

Because when trump shut down the US economy over his virus, the price of oil went negative.
Tell us more.

"His virus"?

Who shut down the economy? Exactly? Where the effects of blue policies are still being felt?

Bizarre.

Seriously......what planet are you on?
