He had a hand held computer and followed u to delivery point for commercial and residential deliveries. U got credit for hand cart, red lights, security, multiple floor deliveries ect... Now with virtual u do not get any credit for anything above. If your route has a lot of buildings with multiple floors with deliveries u r screwed. Virtual time study will only measure from where u r parked to the front of the building. Also if u have a route that has a lot of town houses, u cannot make any time because the driver release point is pretty close to package car. If u want to make bonus u need distance from driver release point to package car</p></blockquote><p></p>
