And they at first denied it happened but were later forced (grudgingly) to admit it. I think a bigger reason the warrant could get thrown out is because of the procedural violations. Which won't matter to the FBI at that point because they will have read everything and had the opportunity to make inconvenient evidence disappear. Don't forget the FBI agents on the raid were also in up to their necks in the Crossfire Hurricane fiasco. If they lied to the FISA court then what are the odds of them lying to a judge again?</p></blockquote><p></p>
